Hassan Al-Shama is a serial founder with two exits. He founded SupraOS, designed its architecture, built the core product, sold the first enterprise contracts and led the first production deployments.
Hassan leads the company, product and technical direction. He designed SupraOS as an AI operating system for commercial outcomes: understanding the company’s situation, comparing interventions, allocating scarce resources, creating new offerings and carrying approved work through to verified results.
He remains directly involved in product architecture, enterprise sales and deployment. The product came from a repeated operating problem: each function could complete its own work while the commercial outcome still failed between systems, owners and decision boundaries.
SupraOS now addresses both the business a company already has and the business it could create. It connects unmet demand, delivery capabilities and accepted commercial commitments, then learns from the results.
Hassan created Verified Transition World Models around the relationship between a candidate action, the company state it could produce and the evidence of what actually happened. VTWM compares action-conditioned futures before execution and uses the observed result to improve later predictions.
The Company Twin connects the current situation. Company-wide allocation determines how scarce people, teams, tools, agents, delivery capacity and investment should be used across competing work. Successful creation also leaves the company with reusable offerings and delivery arrangements.
Explore VTWMRead the technical evaluationHassan led enterprise and public-sector work spanning corporate transformation, M&A, strategic minerals, energy infrastructure, advanced data centres, financial technology and large-scale development. Hylman delivered 30+ enterprise and public-sector mandates across 16+ countries. He built the business without outside capital.
That work moved from strategy into the operating detail needed to deliver it: commercial structures, procurement, delegated authority, information security, partners, local institutions and accountable execution. The repeated lesson was that strategy failed when nobody carried the complete path from decision to evidence and outcome.
Hassan led a four-person strategy engagement spanning Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States. The work joined pricing, procurement, industrial and macroeconomic evidence into an Airbus-specific strategy for pricing, smart logistics, workforce transition and data-enabled operations.
He led an enterprise AI and robotic-automation strategy covering automation economics, process selection, privacy, authorization and a seven-stage path from proof of concept to production and continuous improvement.
